Hailing from the sunny city of Miami, L’Oreal initially jumped into the world of media as a part-time news video editor in 2016. Quickly realizing news wasn’t the route she wanted to pursue, L’Oreal brought her talents to the Big Apple after college & made her mark by covering some of New York City’s biggest events. She has led an impressive career, from producing city bike rides for nonprofits like Housing Works and Autism Science Foundation to contributing to Amazon Prime’s red carpet & screening events. Now returning to her roots in Miami, L’Oreal aims to channel her talents into coaching her community's next generation of change-makers and ensuring that every child feels seen and heard through the power of literacy & athletics.

As a recent Rice University graduate who aims to support the mission of social and economic inclusion, Jena is proud to be part of the new Miami SCORES chapter in her South Florida home. Throughout her university career, she led several diversity events on campus, worked with youth empowerment nonprofits, and conducted research for social and economic inclusion initiatives in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Jena is an avid midfielder and versatile blog writer who strongly believes in the SCORES mission to utilize soccer and poetry as powerful tools to effect positive change in the local youth.

Will SUTTON
Program Director
Will is our Program Director at Miami SCORES. He is a native of Washington, DC, and graduated from Wesley College in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. While at Wesley, Will was recognized for his leadership on and off the soccer field and was appointed captain of the men’s soccer team. Since college, Will has worked with numerous youth soccer programs and continues to play in men’s and co-ed soccer leagues. Will spent his last 8 and half years with DC SCORES and his expertise in soccer and youth programs is what excites him to join the Miami SCORES team!
Rob UVANOVIĆ,
Executive Director
As the former Executive Director of America SCORES New York and former Chief Growth Officer for America SCORES, Rob is excited to bring his experience and passion for the SCORES mission to Miami! Rob is responsible for the overall executive management of Miami SCORES, including partnership development, building strategic relationships and Board stewardship. In between his time at SCORES, Rob worked at Deloitte Consulting, founded his own company and received his MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC-Berkeley. As someone who speaks four languages (plus the world's language of soccer), and whose career has seen him work and live internationally, Miami is the perfect place to call home.
